By participating in this draw, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.  Rules and Laws

This draw is subject to Canadian rules and laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this raffle draw shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Canada and the Province of Quebec.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the free month of coaching, you must meet the following admission rules:

• Be of legal age to enter the raffle draw.

• Be a resident of Canada or the US.

• Not be an employee of Cause Specialist Inc.

• Not be a family member of an employee of Cause Specialist Inc.
   

3. Draw Details

• Includes four 1 hr Zoom Nonprofit Coaching strategy sessions.

• Valued at $1,500.

• It cannot be exchanged for cash value. 

• Non-transferable.

• Valid for six months.

 

4. Modification of Rules

Cause Specialist Inc. reserves the right to modify the rules of this raffle draw at any time without prior notice.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Appointments

Cause Specialist Inc. reserves the right to reschedule appointments if necessary.

6. Indemnity

You agree to hold harmless Cause Specialist Inc., its employees, directors, officers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from or in connection with your participation in this draw.

7. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Cause Specialist Inc. with respect to this draw. Any other agreements or representations, whether oral or written, are hereby superseded and of no force or effect.

8. Governing Law

This draw shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.

9. Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these terms and conditions, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
