Not Just a Job. A Place to Do Work You’re Proud Of.
Before you look at the open roles, it’s important that you understand how we operate.

Our Core Values, Our DNA (This Matters)
These aren’t aspirational statements. This is how we work, make decisions, and hold ourselves accountable. If this doesn’t resonate, this probably isn’t the right environment for you.
D - Devotion to Students
Student success and happiness come first in everything we do. We stay present when students are stuck or overwhelmed and take responsibility when something isn’t working. We care not just about results, but about how students feel while getting there. If it’s good for students, it’s the right call. If it’s not good for students, we don’t do it.
N - Never Compromise Ethics
We are ethical in everything we do and teach, as individuals and as a team. Ethics guide how we market, coach, support students, and make decisions together. We tell the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable, never exaggerate outcomes, and take responsibility when we make mistakes. Trust is non-negotiable.
A - Always Growing
We believe growth is part of the job, both professionally and personally. We actively work to sharpen our skills, judgment, and leadership, and we invest in becoming better humans through self-awareness and emotional intelligence. Curiosity, humility, and steady progress are expected.
Fundraising Coach (Part-time)
Remote | Canada | Part-Time
Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 annually (part-time, 20 hours per week), plus performance bonuses tied directly to student outcomes.
Meet The Cause:
The Cause Specialists exists to empower the people who empower others, and we take that responsibility seriously.
We work with small nonprofit leaders across the United States who started with a dream and now need real fundraising support to make that dream sustainable.
These are organizations with limited budgets, tiny teams, and leaders carrying a lot of responsibility. At the centre of everything we do are our students. Their experience and results come first. Always. We don’t take on clients who aren’t a good fit. We don’t disappear after the sale. And if something isn’t working, we fix it.
In our core program, we help nonprofits raise between $20,000 and $100,000 in about 90 days using a proven system that combines clear training, structured planning, and hands-on coaching. This is real work with real outcomes, not theory or feel-good advice.

This is the kind of place where experienced fundraisers finally get to use their judgment, not follow someone else’s generic playbook. If you care about outcomes, integrity, and meaningful impact, you’ll feel at home here.
